Returns Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

You notify us within 3 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with photo/video proof.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If these conditions are met, we will arrange a pickup or replacement at no additional cost.

Return window: 3 days from the date of delivery

Pickup schedule: Within 2–4 business days after your return request approval

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status via email or SMS.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Prepaid orders – Refund to your bank/card within 5–7 business days.

COD orders – Refund via UPI or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

Refund initiation: Within 24 hours after approval

Refund completion: 5–7 business days

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or wrong item received:

1.Opened or used Ayurvedic medicines, juices, or oils

2. Health supplements and consumables

3. Personal care or hygiene products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make aseparate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation:

Once order is placed and fulfilled by us (drsahailaboratory.com). we will not cancel that order, although you can return ordered product once you received with certain T&C.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1.Order ID

2. Reason for return/refund

3.Photos/videos of product condition

4.Bank or UPI details (for COD refunds)

Our support team will respond within 24 working hours

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
